CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING | NO SHOW POLICY

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  However, each time you miss an appointment, another client is prevented from receiving care.

A scheduled appointment time is reserved only for you.  If you cancel at the last minute or do not show, the reserved space cannot be rescheduled.  Therefore, please note the following:

  • A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule.  If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

  • No Show – Anyone who either forgets, fails to attend for whatever reason, or intentionally and/or consciously chooses to forgo their session will be considered a “No Show.”  You will be charged, in full, for this missed session. 

  • Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, then your session may be shortened.  Depending upon how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session.  Regardless of the actual length of time of your session, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the time frame you scheduled.

  • I understand and agree to the 24-hour Cancellation | Rescheduling | No Show Policy. By this understanding and agreement, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  If I am unable to give 24 hours advance notice or I do not arrive for my scheduled session, I understand and agree that I will be charged the full amount of my appointment.
